Hi,

Is there have SN65LVDS86A reference design can provide to me?

My customer want to change LVDS solution from SN75LVDS82 to SN65LVDS86A,

They wants to know there have big change and reference design can follow.

    Hi Jeff,

    We don't have any reference designs for SN65LVDS86A, however these two devices are similar other than the size. SN75LVDS82 has 56 pins making it physically larger than SN65LVDS86A which has 48 pins. The additional pins are input and output pins.

    This thread has a file for a layout example for SN65LVDS86A-Q1 which may be useful.
