I am using TPS65981. can you tell me TPS65981_2_6_v0001_12_11.bin is the right image file which will I use ? can you give the step by step procedure how I could it ? Because I could not understand the manual properly what they are trying to say ?

Rajat,

That version is the latest firmware.

I am looking for my 981EVM to build a step by step process.to confirm my instructions.

We do not recommend the TPS65981 for new projects and it cannot be USB-IF certified any longer. The TPS65987D may be a better choice for a new project.
