May I know if any TI solution can do drop-in replacement of MCP2562 (SOIC) and with reasonable good lead time?

    Hi Andrew,

    It looks like TCAN1044V would be a good fit here. TCAN1042V is also an option if the 1.8V Vio isn't needed (supports 3.3V Vio). Eliminating the Vio need completely (5V digital signals) would expand the options to non-V variants as well. I can't make any promises about lead times, however you'll likely have the best luck with these devices.
