Hi sir,

 My customer want to use EEPROM programmer to setup their TUB804x but the GUI cant find TUSB804x device. Is there any driver (programming endpoint driver) we need for using the GUI? Thanks for your kindly help.

    Hi Gary,

    The hub will automatically enter programming mode if it sees a blank EEPROM connected to its SDA/SCL lines after exiting reset and the pullups are installed on the SDA/SCL lines.  If the EEPROM is already programmed, you may need to force load the driver.  Please accept my friend request and I'll send you the instructions.
