TUSB212: I2C ACK don't go high enough

Dear team,

We faced to I2C ACK not go high enough and cause read/write fault.

I2C bus is pull high to 3.3V through 4.7K-ohm. May I have your suggestions about this issue?

Dear team,

After customer floating Pin6&9(remove AC/DC boot resistors), we can find TUSB212 slave address.

May I learn from you why can we solve this issue by floating Pin6&Pin9?

Hi Ben.

Is this behavior seen on multiple devices? Is I2C pull-up voltage high during power-on reset of r TUSB212? Pin 6 and 9 should not impact I2C behavior in I2C mode.
