DP83849C: Differences between I version and C version

Hi,

I'd like to ask about the difference points between DP83849C and DP83849I as below,

1. Are these 2 version using same chip?

2. I think that the pin assign differences of DP83849C and DP83849I are,

Pin56 ( I version has Extender_EN function, but C version does not.)

Pin72-76 ( I version : JTAG function, C version: reserved)

I'm wondering if these two functions are also implemented C version and not guaranteed ,

or the chip are not connected to these pins internally?

Hello Go,

Thank you for the query.

I would suggested choosing the device based on the application need and following the datasheet recommendations.

The reserved pins may have some internal implementation and expect the recommendations to be followed.

These are different devices and i do not have internal information if these are same chip.
