My customer consider DS90UB953-Q1 for their new product.

now they make documents to show their customer, and we need the data below ;

Hello Chase,

This kind of information beyond what is in the datasheet is not available. We only specify max current and nominal current, not minimum current. Also we don't specify max current across lower tamp ranges, only the worst case. So for both 25C and 105C, the max current is 225mA and the nominal current is 180mA for the purposes of design.

I understand what you mean. Actually we do not need the information for low and high temperature, just under 25℃.

How about standby(idle) current? we only need it under 25℃ condition.

How about error of this 3mA current? (i.e. +/-1mA or +/-0.5mA, etc)

Hello Chase,

We do not specify this parameter in production so this guidance should not constitute an official specification, but the rough maximum should be around 7mA
