AM26C31: Is it possible to make the TINA-TI model of AM26 devices.

My customer requests the TINA-TI model of the following devices.

AM26C31
AM26C32
AM26LS31
AM26LS32
AM26LV31
AM26LV32

Is it possible to make the TINA-TI model of the above devices?  Please let us know.

    Hello,

    The queue for any model request is very long. I'm not sure what the timeline is for new model requests but it could take months or even longer. Depending on what the customer is trying to simulate we do have an IBIS model for the AM26LV31E along with an HSPICE model. These devices are fairly similar so that may give you some meaningful data. Keep in mind the switching characteristics of the devices do change slightly but depending on your application that might not matter much.
