I uploaded a photo of TPD2E001DRLR after welding.
It looks like the mold is attached to the side of the pin.
Is it the specification of the product?

Could you specify which pin you're referring to? I'm having a hard time seeing what you're talking about.

It looks like the mold is attached to the side of the pin1~5

My customer uploaded the detail photo of pin 1~3.

Hi Yuki,

Everything looks normal to me. If you look at the package drawing on page 17 of the datasheet, the pins are in contact with the side of the mold with some overlap on the bottom as well.
