ONET4211LD: Modulation current dispersion over several devices

Dear team,

We use several ONED4211LD devices in parallel.

All MODSET pins are driven with the same current mirror.

When measuring the modulation current on output MOD+, the output characteristics measured show significant dispersion between devices when changing the current on the MODSET pins (as shown in chart below).

Is this something that you would expect ?
