About MAX3221 switching characteristic (skew, delay time, enable ON/OFF), Datasheet page-7 is described only Typ value.

Please let me know about Min and Max value for MAX3221 switching characteristic.

If these data can not publish, please let me know why described only Typ value.

    Satoshi-san,

    I just looked for this data, and since it's an older device the characterization data is not readily available. In general, with these older interface devices, there were some timing parameters that were deemed lower priority and guaranteed by design. Because of this, they may not have been tested at all corners beyond bench validation and room temperature testing.
