    Hi Rosto,

    TI's Q1 products are qualified in accordance with AEC-Q100. This qualification requires the device pass specified stress tests to ensure reliability in demanding automotive environments. TI devices with the "Q1" suffix have gone through additional testing in order to qualify for a specified AEC-Q100 grade. 

    Most automotive OEMs require Q1 or similar qualifications for devices used in their end-products. Non-Q1 devices are typically used in industrial applications that have less strict reliability requirements than automotive.
