Hello,
Q1:
When 3.3-V mode, is VDD pin voltage 3.3V?
Q2:
LVCOMS Voh and Vol spec is the same regardless of whether 2.5-V mode or 3.3-V mode?
Best regards,
K.Hirano

Hello Hirano,
1. For 3.3-V mode operation, VIN pin = 3.3 V and the "VDD" for the 4-level input is 3.3 V. Please make sure to connect 0.1-uF cap to each VDD pin.
2. The Voh and Vol specs shown in the data sheet were measured in 2.5 V mode. For 3.3 V mode, the standard Voh minimum value is 2.4 V and the standard maximum Vol is 0.4 V (as shown below)

Kia,
Thank you for your responses.
Let me ask one more question about Vih spec.
The datasheet Vih/Vol spec is for 2.5-V mode?
Vih(min) is 2.0V and Voh(min) at 2.5-V mode is also 2.0V, so seems no margin.
According to TI Lojic Guide, Vih(min) at 2.5LVCMOS is1.7V, though.

Hello Hirano,
The TI Logic Guide is correct. The standard Vih(min) for a 2.5 LVCMOS is 1.7 V.

Kia,
Thank you for your confirmation.
I hope TI will correct the datasheet accordingly at next datasheet update timing.
