Hi,

Customer want clear they doubt regarding the power duo controller. Below is the details

I have query regarding how the USB PD messages are stored to the host register that are received via BMC. And how the data from host registers are transferred as USB PD messages to a USB Type-C PD device?

I was referring to the technical manuals in your website, but I am not able to clear my doubts.

    Hi,

    PD controller do not act as a pass-through b/w host interface and BMC. EC can access all the register listed in the HI TRM to configure the PD controller and read status of PD controller. In addition, there are 4CC commands to trigger certain actions in the PD controller.
