DP83867IS: RX_D1, RX_D3 pulled down internally?

RX_D1 and RX_D3 are not strap inputs, do they have an internal 9k pull down? What needs to be done to achieve strap mode 0? If RX_D0 is left open (9k pull down internally), does RX_D1 need a external 9k pull down, to keep the SGMII balanced?

RX_D1 should be open. Sgmii will be balanced. Pull down on RX_D0 is enabled only during strap sequence.

I think you meant strap mode 1 : pin should be floating.

You are right, about strap mode 1. So RX_D1 and RX_D3 have internal 9k pull down?

Rx_D0 and Rx_D2's internal pull down are active during strap latching only (during power up sequence) . So we need not worry about those in functional mode.
