    For the LVPECL output, I would follow the simplified schematic and have them terminated to Vcc - 2V.

    For the LVTTL input, the datasheet does not indicate whether there is an internal pulldown, so I would include an external 50ohm pulldown as an option and they can always remove it if not needed.
