PCA9539: Reset Connection

Hi, I have a question for Connection of Reset Pin.

Does Reset Pin(Pin No.: 3) of PCA9539 need to be connected to the Reset Pin of Master Controller? or connect to the GND?

It is not clear on the datasheet.

I will be waiting for the reply.

If your controller wants to be able to reset this device, then it needs a connection to the /RESET pin.
If you do not need the reset function, then the /RESET pin should be connected to V_CC through a pullup resistor.
