Microstar BGA package has been EOL'd so most TI devices that use it have been replaced with a P2P equivalent. There is no functional differences between devices, and ZXHR can drop-in replace ZQER without any design changes, https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sllz077/sllz077.pdf.
