DS15BR400: Need to find Exposed Thermal Pad details for DS15BR400TSQ/NOPB

Hi, support team

My customer has the questions as follow:

DS15BR400TSQ/NOPB Data sheet telling that one need to refer separate sheet in product datasheet for exposed thermal pad details of RTV package.
But I could not able to find any figure related to this in datasheet.
Request you provide the complete details of the Package.
