My customer has an question for resistor value of strap configuration.
They want to set COL pin (PULLDOWN pin) to MODE4 and RXD0 pin (PULLUP pin) to MODE1.
The datasheet recommends to use 2.49Kohm pull-up for PULLDOWN PINS to set to MODE 4.
And it also recommends to use 1.96Kohm pull-down for PULLUP PINS to set to MODE1.
On the other hand, the datasheets also describes Vmax/Vtyp/Vmin value for each mode on Table 8-9.
To set the pin to MODE4, over 0.694 x VDDIO is OK
To set the pin to MODE 1, under 0.098 x VDDIO is OK.
Then they have a question.
While the datasheet recommends to use 2.49Kohm for pull-up and 1.96Kohm for pull-down, can they be changed to other resistor value like 1Kohm?
Even if using 1Kohm, table 8-9 Vmax and Vmin can be kept.
Also is any resistor value acceptable to keep table8-9?
