Our customer find the datasheet of the TUSB2E22YCGR have 2 different working temp range description: 0-70°/-20-85° ， in the Recommended Operating Conditions , Ta is -20-85° , in the PACKAGING INFORMATION , OP temp is 0-70° , please confirm which one is correct .
2.
The customer test the TUSB2E22YCGR with 25° ambient temperature ， Vcc 3.3V cost 18mA current , Vcc 1.8V cost 140mA current (test data), base on the calculation ， the device Temperature rise 18° at most , but base on the test , the device case temp reach to 70.6°, On the back of the PCB even have 60° , here is the schematic and PCB.

The TUSB2E22YCGR is plant on the small module shown on the image 3 , 4 layers , then the module will be mount on the base board , shown in the Image 2 , 2 layers . Could you help me to check the reason cause of the chip excessive temperature.
