Hello Abilash, the 4.7k resistors on the parallel input data lines are not to be used in the actual design. Their purpose in the evaluation module is to make it possible to manually control the parallel inputs without attaching to a processor, by either jumpering each input to GND or letting it get pulled up to Vdd.
As for what value to use for CLKSEL, a 4.7k or 10k should be fine.
