Could your customer please check their test setup? Please also provide a block diagram of it so that we can verify the setup on our end.

Have they confirmed that they are using 100 ohm terminations for the compliance tests?

What test fixture are they using?

Hi Joe,

As feedback, they don't use fixture and direct soldering short wire to the connected pins.

I will send a picture to you by e-mail.
