If we expect DP83848Q can receive signal normally, what's the requirements of the input signal on RD+/- PINs? i don't find any spec requirement in our datasheet.
another question, what's the meaning of SD_THon in datasheet EC table 4.5? And how to use that?

The RD+/- pins follow the requirements for I/O pins on the DP83848Q. described in table 4.5.
As for your second question, this is the signal detect turn on threshold for the PMD Interface pins. Does your customer want to know how it impacts the PMD Interface?
