Dear team,

Could you help me figure out if the Pin5 of TCAN1042-Q1 is internally not connected and/or if it is safe to connect it to 5V ?

Context: using a TCAN1042-Q1 in place of TCAN1042V-Q1 in a design where the Vio pin was connected to 5V.
