I want AC coupling because the output offset of DS90LV001 and the Common Mode Voltage of the receiving device are different. Is it possible?
Place the capacitor and the end counter as shown in the figure below. is there a problem?

AC coupling requires that the signal is DC balanced. You also should bias the receiving input to a valid common-mode voltage.
