When looking at the evm supported by sigcon architect 2 & 3, there is no DS160PT801.

Can I control DS160PT801 using sigcon?

Or, are there any other tools I can use to edit presets or EQ registers?

DS160PT801 has its own GUI as well. This is on the DS160PT801 secured folder design folder. Please use link below to request access to this folder:

What's the GUI tool name?
Are you talking about pspice-for-ti?
Only pspice-for-ti can request from the link.

GUI tool name for DS160PT801 is SigconArchitect.

For modeling, we use IBIS-AMI for high speed signal integrity analyses for DS160PT801 device.

I installed SIGCONARCHITECT3-WRTE in Win10, and cannot find that DS160PT801X16EVM profile.

Where can I download the DS160PT801X16EVM profile?

DS160PT801EVM profile is on the secured folder - where you have access to the DS160PT801 design documents.
