DS90UB948-Q1: How to calculate the output bandwidth of DS90UB948-Q1??

This is Chris, an FAE from east China.

Recently, my customer met some question on how to analyze the output bandwidth of DS90UB948-Q1. And I hope you can give me some kindly help.

According to FPD-Link CSI-2 Forwarding Breakdown from TI Precision Labs, it seems have detailed calculation process but it lacks of definition.

Firstly, why we need repeating time, and why we need to calculate their LCM?

Secondly, how can we calculate 0 ?

Finally, the output bandwidth seems different from input bandwidth and I hope you can explain why the denominator should be written like this.

If you have detailed description on it, pls feel free to share them with me.

    The video being referenced above is for CSI-2 aggregation and does not have any relation to DS90UB948-Q1 which uses OLDI interface. For the 948, there is no need to do such BW calculations. The 948 can support up to 192MHz PCLK rate per the datasheet for the device
