Hello Team,

Could you please let me know the minimum and nominal dimensions for A1 and A2 of 5962-0522101VXC? (see SMD_5962-0522101VXC(A1_A2).pdf)?

As you can see, minimum values for A1 and A2 are not defined in the datasheet.

We need this information to determine our lead forming spec.

The PDF above is from the current version of the standard microcircuit drawing.

It appears that you have revised the spec, and the following should be the latest specification.

Could you please also let me know if you plan to update the standard microcircuit drawing?

Hi,

The TI product page has CAD symbol details and dowloading the package footprint. I unfortunately do not have further details beyond that.

A1 in the SMD_5962-0522101VXC(A1_A2).pdf is different from the one in the CAD symbol details which you provided.

A1 value

SMD : 0.090 in MAX

CAD symbol details: 0.103 in MAX, 0.091 in MIN

There are no plans to revise design drawings for this part number.
