TRS3243: Replacement of the existing IC

Part Number: TRS3243

I would like to use the TRS3243 IC in our existing circuit. Currently we are using the MAX3241 IC. As per the datasheet, TRS3243 is a drop in replacement IC. While testing it is not working by replacing MAX3241.

Can anyone comment on this?

    Hi Binoy,

    Can you describe what occurs in the system when TRS3243 is used? What is indicating the failure? 

    If communication is attempted, does it fail every frame, frequently, or only occasionally? Can you share a scope shot of an active communicating line during a failed communication attempt?

    Please measure and share the voltages at the charge pump outputs pins 27 (V+) and 2 (V-) so we can verify the charge pump is working correctly.

    Please confirm the states of pins 22 (/SHDN or /FORCEOFF) and 23 (/EN or FORCEON).
