I am working with the obsolete reference DS3695ATM/NOPB, the part have lot marking : HAAF - HA - what year?

This device was inherited by TI when we acquired National Semiconductor, many years ago. We have a reference document for the Year and Month code which is the 'HA' in the top line on the device, but the document does not include these two letters. So unfortunately, we can't provide the year just from the top marking. Is it possible the customer has the information from when they ordered the devices? This may include lot information which we could then look up to find out the AT path.
