Please check if the below my understanding about wake-up request is correct:
In stand-by state, when wake-up request is made, nFAULT pin goes Low but no state transition occurs.
In go-to-sleep state, when wake-up request is made, nFAULT pin goes Low and the state transitions to stand-by state via sleep state.
In sleep state, when wake-up request is made, nFAULT pin goes Low and the state transitions to stand-by state.
