Are you working with a TI FAE who can help you access the data for this part? There is a fairly complex process to gain access to the target data because of IP concerns.

It is easiest if you have a TI FAE to work with.

I talked to TI (Japan) Sales on the phone, but I haven't received an answer yet.

You need to submit the firmware to the overseas partner factory.
I'm in trouble because I can't request "documents for export".
