Hi Sir,

May I know there have any 2-ch RS-232 line driver/receiver device support the Output Voltage Swing at +/- 12V?

The RS-232 specification allows any voltage swing between ±3 V and ±15 V, so most transmitters do not bother to try to actually reach 12 V.
