TCAN4550-Q1: Request for efficiency curves & section numbering issue in the datasheet

Hello,

I am looking for operating characteristics curves for the TCAN4550-Q1 automotive chips, most notably efficiency curves of the component. It would seem that the device's datasheet is sparse on this type of data. Would it be possible to request them here ?

Additionally, I would like to take the opportunity to signal a very small issue with the section numbering of both TCAN4550's and TCAN4550-Q1's datasheets. It would seem that all register maps after Tx Buffer Add Request (Section 8.6.4.43) are incorrectly indented. The register map of Tx Buffer Cancellation Request should be Section 8.6.4.44, but it is labelled as Section 8.6.4.43.1 (sub-section to the previous register). This messes with the bookmarks of the PDF and makes just a bit harder to find info on certain registers from the document outline.

    Louis,

    Since this device has been released and is no longer in development, it will be difficult to assign resources to capture any new efficiency data on the part. I'll check to see what we have currently available. Are there any other sets of data you would like to see that aren't present in the datasheet?

    Thank you for the heads up on the section numbering, we are in the middle of updating this datasheet, so I can fix this.
