TRS3253E: Alternative transceiver

Dear experts,
I can't find any TRS3253E on markets so my questions is if there are alternative chips like TRS3253E (preferably pinout compatible but I know it almost impossible)

The alternatives (SN65C3243, TRSF3243) are not available in the VQFN package, and do not support 1.8 V logic.

As Clemens said, the main alternatives are not available in the same package, however, the TRS3243 does have a VQFN package and has some stock available on TI.com. Would this work for your application?

The RHB package of the TRS3243E has a pin pitch different from the RSM package of the TRS3253E.

Hi Eric and Clemens,

Thank you for suggestions, but I can't work with different package. TRS3253E is a VQFN 4x4mm and was perfect for my projects. Now I can't design a new pcb. Just waiting for a new stock.
