Could you tell me how to treat the wake pin when unused?

Ito-san,

The WAKE pin can either be shorted to GND or VSUP. When tied to VSUP there is ~1-2uA less current consumption, but functionally it's the same.

Ito-san,

We usually don't recommend it just in case noise gets coupled onto the pin and causes an unintended wake, though that isn't very likely with a high-voltage requirement. If the customer doesn't foresee a lot of noise in their system, it's fine to leave it floating.
