DP83867CS: switching to DP83869HM

I have a customer that is using DP83867CS. when they switched to DP83869HM they weren't getting communication from the device. Is there a different driver for this device?

Is this a custom board designed by customer. Did they design a separate board for DP83867 and DP83869?

Please note that the drivers are separate.
