TPS65987D: Flash Image Firmware Offsets

Hi Team,

Application Customization Tool shows the following when we try to "Save Binary".
Could you let me know how to determine these offset values (Region 1 offset, Region 2 offset)?

Hi Yaita,

Section 4.2 of this app note explains these regions. https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slvae21

However, you can just use the default values that are populated by the GUI

Hi Adam-san,

My customer tried to program the binary file that is outputted with default offset values to SPI flash, he saw TPS65987D doesn't operate as expected.
If he changed "Region 2 offset" to 0x20000 then programmed, he saw TPS65987D operates normally.
Is it a possible case?
