Can you please share the panel specifications for both panels here? Keep in mind that 941AS does not have control over creating specific vertical blanking components for each split screen. The blanking for each side is based on the vertical timing of the superframe which contains both images, and then the smaller screen will also see additional vertical blanking equal to the cropped out lines which in this case would be 720-480 = 240 extra vertical blanking lines which may or may not be compatible with your panel. We can verify with the panel specifications which show the tolerance of the timing parameters
