  • Pls take a look DS100MB203 or DS250DF230 .

  • Hi Brian,

    Thank you for your help.

My customer has some questions about DS100MB203 device.

         1. The DS100MB203 has 'Host side SerDes Auto-Training' function ?

         2. In the case of D_INx and S_OUTx paths, is the SPDT switch built-in? Is it possible to operate with a common connection as well?

In addition, are there any products with built-in mux among Retimer products?

    Thank you.

    JH

  • Hi,

    1. The DS100MB203 does not implement auto-training, However, it implements a highly linear data path which allows for the host ASIC auto-negotiation and link training data to be passed through it transparently
    2. I believe this is possible. It would be good though if you can provide block diagram to illustrate what the customer can do, just so that there is no misunderstanding

Within the TI retimer portfolio, the DS125DF1610 10G/12.5G retimer has 4x4 crosspoint mux. All of the 25G retimers have 2x2 crosspoint: DS250DF410, DS280DF810, DS250DF230
