SN75DP119: Is there any power ON or Power OFF sequence required between pins SN75DP119 pins "Enable ", "PRE_CTL " ,"VOD_CTL" and "EQ_CTL" .

Hi ,

I am using  eDP repeater SN75DP119 in design. 

My Design don't have any GPIO pins to control SN75DP119  pins  "Enable ", "PRE_CTL " ,"VOD_CTL" and "EQ_CTL" . 

I have below queries :

1. Can I   fix above pins with pull up /pull down configuration  resistors  as per my requirement  without  GPIOs  ? 

2. Is there any power ON  or Power OFF sequence required between pins SN75DP119  pins  "Enable ", "PRE_CTL " ,"VOD_CTL" and "EQ_CTL" .
