I need PSpice CAN FD transceiver it can be TCAN1044V-Q1 or any other CAN FD transceiver. I tried to import Renesas CAN Transceiver, but it failed.

There is a SPICE model for TCAN1042-Q1 on the product folder page on TI.com. This can be imported into PSpice by opening the netlist and copying it over to whichever simulator you are using.
