I have a question. I am using TMDS141 chip. Can I connect thermal pad to ground ?

Hi,

Yes, the TMDS141 thermal pad must be connected to the PCB ground. Please see the land pattern example on Page 27 for the thermal pad PCB design and solder coverage requirement on Page 28.
