Hi Team,

In single pair Ethernet, full-duplex communication is performed with a 2-core cable, so TX and RX signals are superimposed.

Is it possible to superimpose 400 kHz Frequency Modulation signal on top of the TX and RX signals for data communication?

My user wants to coexist with the existing signal (400kHz).

Hi Kenji,

This is not a typical or intended use case and we do not tested this ourselves. Theoretically, it is possible with the proper modulation/demodulation of the 10Base-T1L signal and 400 kHz signal, but we would encourage you to do your own testing.
