DP83TG720R-Q1: IBIS Model 3.3V IO Output

Part Number: DP83TG720R-Q1

Hi,

We ran the IBIS model for simulation with the below model:

The result shows DP83TG720R seems to be only driving out 2.5V even with 3.3V IO.  

Is the IBIS model valid for the 3.3V IO?
