I will use AWR1843Boost,

I set rxGain with rlprofileCfg_t in SDK

b5: 0 is written as Code for Rx VGA gain \ n.

Do you set the VGA Gain value here or the total RX Gain value?

Please see:

"Table 5.23: AWR_PROFILE_CONF_SB contents"

This should be the RX_GAIN. I think this is a typo in the documentation. I don't think it is the VGA gain. The RX GAIN is the gain of the complete RX chain

As I mentioned in your other thread, I think this is a typo in this documentation. It should be "Rx Gain" instead of "Rx VGA gain"
