Apologize for delay in response. This is a legacy product and we had to dig up some of our older documents. Please below note some comments:
1). *** VCC pins have 0.1uF supply coupling caps. Good. It would be a good idea to provide additional 10uF supply Cap close to the device where we have +3VS_VCC.
2). PCI bus signals such as GRST#, PRST#, SERR#, PERR#, and etc correct go to the PCI interface side.
3). VAPORT internal regulator supply pin only has 1uF supply coupling only. VR_EN# asserted. Good.
4). Pull ups on PW_VCCD0# & PW_VCCD1#.
5). PW_VPPD0/1 connected between TPS2211A and PCI1510.
6). IDSEL connected to PCI_AD16 through 100-ohm R.
7). PCI_INTA# connected to MFUNC0
8). PCI_CLKRUN# is connected to MFUNC6
9). PCI_PME#: This signal has pull up Resistor.
10). *** GRST# or RST#_CB may need a pull up Resistor. Please confirm this is being driven high on power up or it would be a good idea to use a weak 10K ohm pullup.
11). PCC_CCLK has 33 ohm damping Resistor
12). CRSVD_2/14/A18 are used and connected to the PCMCIA slot
13). MFUNC0-6 & SUSPEND# all have 43K Ohm Resistors pull up while SPKROUT has 43K pull down.
14). EEPROM interface/supply good.
15). *** PCI_WP: Both pull up and down seem to be loaded. I believe we need to load either R0615 or R0616.
