Suggest to use TUSB320A.
Is the switch on when ID is low?
There is list of changes /fix from TUSb320 to TUSb320A.
You need to find a Mosfet is on when ID is low, this is how DFP works.

As per my understanding, ID pin will become floating or high impedance, when TUSB320 is UFP. And power will reach VBUS_DET, when ID pin is floating or high impedance.
ID pin will become low, when TUSB320 is DFP. And VBUS_DET pin will be no connect.
Please check whether this is correct or not.
IN DFP, when UFP attached successfully, ID goes low and turn on 5v which supply Vbus to USB_det and type-C connector.

Q4 is added for alternate option. In DFP mode, ID pin will become low, Then Q4 can invert logic level of ID pin to high and it is denoted as signal USB_SW_ID. USB_SW_ID signal connected to Q22 will deliver power to the VBUS_DET pin of TUSB320. Now it is okay. Right?
It seems working. But not sure if MOSFET can support the vbus current to the USB device. Normally ws use Vbus switch.

For selected MOSFET, minimum ON state drain current is 17A. So whether there will be any issues for using MOSFET in place of VBUS switch. Datasheet recommendation of MOSFET is shown below.
