Hi,

I have a question about the difference between products with a suffix (-EP, -HT) of SN65HVD233. 

-EP and -HT seem to be Hi-Rel products.

Is difference between two devices (SN65HVD233-EP and SN65HVD233-HT) only temperature range?

What does the -EP suffix mean? What is enhanced?

    The Enhanced Products (EP) offered by TI use several methods to mitigate risks commonly faced by avionics and defense. This includes the use of pure and robust materials for bonding and packaging for environmental protection, extended temperature ranges to support the harsh conditions of these industries, and a controlled manufacturing flow and extended test programs to ensure quality and reliability.     The -HT suffix is part of the High Reliability (Hi-Rel) nomenclator for Enhanced Products. This specific suffix refers to the type of material used for packaging (Ceramic Quad Flatpack).
